SmartGC is add-on tool to speed-up Garbage Collector

The unique tool for Xbase++ programs. SmartGC allows your program always run fast not depending on how much strings, arrays and objects are used. In another words, software powered by smartGC, runs much faster (sometimes up to 10 times) then with standart GC.

Why we write such tool? Alaska's standard garbage collector have some in-design problems. There is some list of them:

Very intensive use processor time due to unnecessary high thread priority.
Delayed releasing of internal structures leads to allocate much more of them.
Growing-up Windows swap-file up to crash with internal error.
Serious slowdown when many strings, arrays and objects are used.

All problems of standard GC successfully resolved with SmartGC.

And we add some more features:

Special info window with description of state of GC. (no matter standart or SmartGC)
Smart support of slow PCs with less of memory (500Mhz or less)
